ALL LEVEL YOGA CLASSES

Beginner 101 Yoga (Progressive Foundations)

Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga. Provides a solid foundation in the essential, most commonly practiced yoga poses. Each session builds on the previous weeks class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you?ve learned, and modify poses for your ability or body type. If you have injuries this progressive class is not foryou.Please try SlowFlowYoga or a YinYoga,both perfect for beginners also.
Pre-registered Session. No drop-ins or pass holders. 1hr 15min classes

Slow Flow Yoga - All levels

Open to passholders, drop-ins as well as pre-registered.
Great for beginners,or for those wanting to bring gentle movement into their bodies. Explore the asanas (yoga postures) from the inside out, using the breath to integrate your natural energies, releasing tension, building strength, engaging body and mind. Conclude with a ten minute savasana (relaxation pose) letting go of tension and mind chatter. You will leave relaxed and renewed for the week ahead. Usually no Sun Salutations in this class.

Yoga Conditioning - All levels

Open to passholders, drop-ins as well as pre-registered.
We will start with yoga poses that focus on intensive strengthening of arms, legs,core and back,modifying for different abilities.We will then gently stretch out the muscles to create healthy, toned, lean muscles. Class may not be appropriate for anybody suffering withinjuries.
1hr 15 min classes. (Tues 7:30am 1 hour class.)

YinYoga/RestorativeYoga - All levels

Open to passholders, drop-ins as well as pre-registered.
Yin Yoga is a form of yoga which stretches the connective tissues of the body.These seated poses are usually held for a few minutes to help release connective tissues include the hips, thighs and lower spinal area and leaves your body feeling supple and free. Restorative Yoga has a particular effect to leave us nourished, well rested and completely relaxed

Hatha Flow Yoga - Intermediate

Open to passholders, drop-ins as well as pre-registered.
After awakening the body with Sun Salutations we progress to energetic yet comfortable flowing sequences investigating the connection between breath, movement and mind. You will build confidence of alignment in essential yoga poses

MAT PILATES - ALL LEVELS

MAT PILATES - ALL LEVELS

Learn and integrate the principals of Pilates to improve core stability, posture, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility along with relieving stress and tension. This class is a great way to improve mobility and functional fitness and is designed for new and intermedate stduents. A good compliment to Yoga.
1 hour class

BEGINNER & CONTINUING BELLY DANCING

All Levels 1hr class. Register Only
This class will help improve your abdominal tone,strength,posture, hip flexibility, and circulation, (especially of the internal organs). You will also strengthen the pelvic and gluteus muscles, and experience enhanced overall flexibility and suppleness.A great way to prevent lower back problems, relieve stress and have lots of fun!
