Relax & Release- Stress & Anxiety Buster
This class is designed to release the stress we can hold in our bodies and mind. Using meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques), restorative yoga poses and yoga therapy techniques we will take the time to allow the body to let go of held in tensions and allow the mind to become quiet from all of the internal chatter. The perfect class to counter stress and anxiety. Most poses in this class will be seated or laying down and will end with an extended Savasana relaxation

Slow Flow Yoga / FOUNDATIONS - Gentle
Great for beginners, or for those wanting to bring gentle movement into their bodies. Explore the asanas (yoga postures) from the inside out, using the breath to integrate your natural energies, releasing tension, building strength, engaging body and mind. Conclude with a ten minute savasana (relaxation pose) letting go of tension and mind chatter. You will leave relaxed and renewed for the week ahead. Usually no Sun Salutations in this class.

NEW Hatha Foundation - All Levels
Each week will focus on a different theme or principal of hatha yoga which may include breathing, anatomy, alignment, and safely transitioning between poses. The postures and principles will be broken down to deepen your understanding.

Mat Pilates - Core Stability
Learn and integrate the principals of Pilates to improve core stability, posture, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility along with relieving stress and tension. This class is a great way to improve mobility and functional fitness and is designed for new and intermedate stduents. A good compliment to Yoga.

Hatha Flow Yoga - Intermediate
After awakening the body with Sun Salutations we progress to energetic yet comfortable flowing sequences investigating the connection between breath, movement and mind. You will build confidence of alignment in essential yoga poses

Vinyasa Power Yoga - Vinyasa Flow
Power Yoga offers a rhythmic and energetic approach to yoga with each pose flowing fluidly and dynamically into the next pose. Dynamic, intelligent sequences of postures are linked by breath, integrating self-awareness and alignment while creating a unique balance of strength and flexibility. More emphasis given to standing sequences. A vigorous, exhilarating, full-body workout. A reasonable level of fitness is required
