Beginner101 Yoga

Beginner 101 Yoga is an 8-week series for Yogis of all backgrounds to join. This series is a great way for those new to Yoga to explore the practice in more depth, or, for the experienced Yogis to refine their practice with more guidance! Upon completion of Beginner Yoga 101, you will receive a free 2-week unlimited studio pass to explore a variety of yoga classes!
