Beginner101 Yoga
Beginner 101 Yoga is an 8-week series held by studio owner and devoted practitioner, Sue Mac Henry, for Yogis of all backgrounds to join. This series is a great way for those new to Yoga to explore the practice in more depth, or, for the experienced Yogis to refine their practice with more guidance! Upon completion of Beginner Yoga 101, you will receive a free 2-week unlimited studio pass to explore a variety of yoga classes!
About Beginner 101 Yoga

You can register here for the Beginner 101 Yoga series, or through your MindBody account.
Please note, registration is required. There are no drop-ins for the Beginner 101 Yoga series, and it is not included with a studio membership.

The Beginner 101 Yoga classes are 75-minutes long and held once per week for 8-weeks.
Upon completion of Beginner Yoga 101, you will receive a complimentary 2-week unlimited studio pass to explore a variety of yoga classes!

The next Beginner Yoga 101 series is held from June 17th to August 12th, 2025, every Tuesday at 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM.

If you are a new studio member, yes, you must fill out a Health History waiver. You can fill out the waiver here, and bring it into the studio upon arrival, or we can provide one for you!
