In this alignment-focused workshop with Megan Thompson, we’ll explore how to build each posture from a solid foundation, learning how mindful engagement of the feet, legs, and core supports balance, strength, and fluidity in your practice. Together, we’ll break down essential standing poses — including Warrior I, Warrior II, Warrior III, High Lunge, and Extended Side Angle — and a few complementary postures to help you find both stability and freedom. Through hands-on adjustments (optional), and breath awareness, you’ll discover how to rise taller, move with integrity, and transition between poses with confidence. This workshop is ideal for practitioners of all levels looking to refine their form, prevent injury, and deepen their connection to the ground beneath them.
