30 Day Challenge


About

Join us for a 30-day yoga challenge designed to reconnect you to your body and your breath. Whether you're beginning or deepening your practice, this is your invitation to show up—for you. Let’s move and breathe together! From the 2nd to the 31st of July, complete the 30 Day Challenge by participating in 30 classes for 30 days — ignite your inner fire and join Pilates, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and more for the month of July!

Classes do not need to be completed consecutively, and members are welcome to take more than one class per day.

This challenge runs from July 2nd to the 31st.

This challenge welcomes new and returning members for all online and virtual studio classes. Sign up is in studio, where you will add your name to the 30 day tracker! By completing the challenge you will be entered in a chance to win gift cards from favourite local businesses such as Hygge @hyggebath, Gourmand Macron and Friends @gourmandmacaron, Black Bond Books @blackbondbooks and Ladner Sushi @ladner.sushi!
