Conscious movement is a return to the body as your home — the place where awareness, emotion, and transformation begin. It explores how movement becomes a natural pathway to release suppressed emotions, awaken presence, and reconnect with the intelligence of the body.
This method is built on attention, intention, and commitment. You learn to move with awareness, with purpose, and with connection to your inner and outer resources. It is a deep inquiry into how we change, how we accept, and how we continue to evolve through our embodied experience.

Sahej guides people back into relationship with their bodies.
Her work sits at the intersection of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system awareness. She is trained in traditional practices, but what matters to her is integration — how these practices land in real, modern lives.
Movement, for Sahej, is not about performance. It is about deeply listening — or learning to listen. It is about learning the language of sensation, breath, resistance, softness, and truth. Returning to true intelligence.
