Join us for a deeply relaxing and nourishing Yoga Nidra workshop led by Afa of Salt & Sage Wellness.
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep or psychic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this deeply restful state, the body can release physical tension while the mind is given space to rest and restore.
In this workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of Yoga Nidra together and begin with gentle, stretchy movements to help release lingering tension in the body. You will then be guided through a full Yoga Nidra journey, followed by hands-on Reiki energy healing.
This workshop is designed to support deep relaxation and restoration — helping to reduce physical stress, encourage the flow and release of stagnant energy, improve sleep quality, enhance cognitive function, and support emotional balance.
