Return to Peace is a 90-minute, body-based workshop designed to support students in working with stress and everyday anxiety alongside their existing practice. This gentle, practical session builds on somatic awareness while introducing a mental wellness layer — offering simple, effective tools that students can use when anxiety arises in daily life, not just in the classroom.
Through guided exploration and supportive practices, participants will learn how to reconnect with themselves and respond to anxiety with greater understanding. This workshop offers a compassionate perspective on anxiety, helping students recognize that nothing is wrong with them — they are not broken — and that anxious feelings can be met with care.
Participants can expect to leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. They will gain a simple self check-in practice they can return to whenever anxious feelings arise, as well as a deeper sense of support and reassurance in knowing they are not alone in what they experience.
