Spring Equinox Meditation & Labyrinth Walk with Christine Slavic

About

This workshop will have a meditation from 4:30-5pm followed by a labyrinth walk to welcome the Spring Equinox.

You are invited to arrive and explore the gift of this season of renewal. Walk the labyrinth as an opportunity to awaken from winter’s stillness, nurture new beginnings, and step gently into the unfolding energy of spring. As the earth stirs back to life, this is a time to reconnect with growth, possibility, and the quiet momentum of change.

Traditionally, spring is a season of emergence — a time to plant seeds, welcome fresh perspectives, and open to what is ready to grow. As you walk, you may reflect on what is beginning to take shape in your life and what intentions you wish to cultivate in the months ahead.

Looking toward the brightening days, what new growth is calling you forward? What seeds of possibility are you ready to tend?

What is a Labyrinth Walk?

A Labyrinth is a single winding pathway that leads to the centre and out again. It has been called a meditative walk, a spiritual journey, a means to inner transformation, or a metaphor for life with its twists and turns. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, recover balance in life, promote creativity or to help let go of worries, stress or grief. If you have never walked a Labyrinth before come and experience this form of contemplative practice.
